A wide setting range of the roller pressure and a precise automatic roller cooling device enables the chocolate pre-refiners HVS to handle a large variety of products.
The entire process starting with the filling of the storage tanks to the dosing in the roll gap as well as start & stop of the machine is automated, which supports the operators. Knife blades are easy accessible and exchangeable and large doors provide fast access for service.
